Steps:
- Place the prepared meat in a large plastic container, liberally cover with EVOO, Seasoning Salt, minced garlic, and oregano. Let marinate overnight. Let Grill heat up to approximately 350 f. Place marinated meat on heated grill. After the midway through cooking time (6 minutes)and the ribs have been flipped; brush with Oyster Sauce on exposed cooked side. Near the end of cooking period (10-12 minutes usually) quickly flip back over so the other side of ribs can be covered with oyster sauce. Once the ribs have been removed from the heat and placed on serving plate squeeze with fresh lemon and serve.
