A lower fat burger kicked up with feta cheese. I like to add Tzatziki, lettuce, tomato and an onion slice to mine. With my Fried Greek Potatoes you have an outstanding meal.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 lb ground turkey
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 clove garlic, finely minced
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp kosher salt
6 oz feta cheese, crumbled

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all of the ingredients except the feta in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  • 2. Divide the meat into 8 chunks. Roll 1 chunk into a ball and then press it out into the shape of a patty in the palm of your hand.
  • 3. Press the feta on top of the meat patty. Take another chunk and form a patty with it as well, and then press on top of the feta covered one. Repeat with the rest of the meat.
  • 4. Fry on medium heat for about ten minutes, until well browned. Flip over and fry for another ten minutes or so. Make sure that the meat is well cooked. If you cook it on too high of a heat it might burn on the outside but might not be done on the inside.
  • 5. When the weather is right we grill these Greek Burgers outside on the grill, either way they are delicious.

These burgers are a great way to get your kids to eat turkey. They're so flavorful and juicy, they won't even notice they're eating healthy.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my burgers fell apart when I tried to flip them.

These burgers are a great way to use up leftover turkey. They're also a healthier alternative to traditional beef burgers.

I would have liked more tzatziki sauce, but otherwise these burgers were great.

These burgers were a bit dry for my taste, but the flavor was good.

I love the combination of flavors in these burgers. The turkey is moist and flavorful, and the tzatziki sauce is the perfect finishing touch.

These burgers were easy to make and tasted delicious. I served them with pita bread, tzatziki sauce, and a side of roasted vegetables.

I'm not usually a fan of turkey burgers, but these were really good. The spices and herbs gave them a great flavor, and they were cooked perfectly.

These Greek-style turkey burgers were a hit with my family! They were so flavorful and juicy, and the tzatziki sauce was the perfect complement. I will definitely be making these again.
