1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 C plus 2T olive oil
1/2 C grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
Zest of 1 lemon
1/4C Meyer lemon juice
1/4C cream
2lb Green means

Steps:

  • Combine bread and chease Whisk zest, juice, cream and salt and pepper. Slowly add oil to create vinaigrette Boil beans 4 - 6 min Coat beans with vinaigrette and toss with crumbs/cheese
