I'm not sure what went wrong, but my frittata didn't turn out very well. The eggs were overcooked, and the green chiles were too spicy.

I thought this frittata was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either. I probably won't make it again.

This frittata was a bit too spicy for my taste, but my husband loved it. He said it was the perfect amount of heat. I'll definitely make it again, but I'll use milder green chiles next time.
