I'm not a big fan of pears, but I loved this salad. The gorgonzola and walnuts really balance out the sweetness of the pears.

This salad is delicious, but it's a bit too rich for me. I would use less gorgonzola next time.

I found the pears to be a bit too soft. I would grill them for less time next time.

The dressing is a little too sweet for my taste. I would use less honey next time.

This salad is a delightful combination of flavors and textures. The sweetness of the pears pairs perfectly with the tangy gorgonzola and the crunch of the walnuts. The dressing is light and flavorful, and the salad is easy to assemble.
