I love that this recipe is so versatile. You can use different marinades to change up the flavor profile. I've tried it with a lemon-herb marinade, a garlic-butter marinade, and even a spicy chili marinade. They all turned out delicious.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover shrimp. I had some cooked shrimp in the fridge and I made a quick marinade with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and herbs. The shrimp were delicious grilled and I served them on top of a salad.

I followed the recipe exactly and the shrimp came out overcooked and rubbery. I think it's important to keep an eye on the shrimp and cook them until they are just opaque.
