This dish was a disappointment. The shrimp were overcooked and the tamarind sauce was too sweet. I won't be making this again.

The tamarind sauce was a bit too spicy for my taste, but I was able to tone it down by adding a little bit of honey. The shrimp were cooked perfectly and the overall flavor was delicious.
