Steps:
- Combine 2 packages of cream cheese and 1 large jar of any salsa until smooth. Transfer to a serving dish. Cover with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, sliced black olives and shredded mexican blend cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.
