I love stuffed peppers, but I'm always looking for new ways to make them. This recipe caught my eye because it uses ground beef instead of the traditional ground turkey. The end result was delicious and I will definitely be making these again.

I've made stuffed peppers many times before, but this recipe is my new favorite. The combination of ground beef, rice, and vegetables was perfect. I also loved the addition of the cheese on top.
