Steps:
- 1. Empty each of the cans directly into the Crock Pot.
- 2. Corse chop the onions, carrots, and celery. Place into the crock pot and stir to mix in with the ingredients already in place.
- 3. Add all the remaining ingredients, fluids, ham, and spices, and give it a good stir to mix it well within the crock pot.
- 4. Cook on low for 5 hours.
