2 cups Bisquick
1 cup cooked finely chopped ham
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 onion (finely chopped)
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 cup whole milk
1 egg

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, and mix by hand.
  • Spread in a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until lightly brown.
  • Cut in rectangles, about 2 inches by 1 inch.
  • Serve hot or at room temperature.
