This strata is a great way to use up leftover ham. I always have some leftover ham after the holidays and this is a great way to use it up.

I'm not a big fan of ham, so I substituted bacon in this recipe. It turned out great!

This strata is a great make-ahead breakfast. I like to make it the night before and then just pop it in the oven in the morning.

This strata was a little bland for my taste. I think I'll add some extra spices next time.

This ham and cheese strata was a hit with my family! It was easy to make and the results were delicious. The strata was fluffy and cheesy, and the ham added a nice salty flavor.
