Ham and Swiss Pasta Casserole image

Here's a delightfully rich and creamy, all-in-one meal from Julie Jackman in Bountiful, Utah. "My family just loves the easy-to-fix sauce," Julie says, "and it's a great way to use up leftover ham." TIP: For a delectable, creamy and comforting side dish, simply eliminate the ham.

This casserole was a bit too salty for my taste. I think next time I'll use less ham.

The sauce was a little bland, but I fixed that by adding some garlic and herbs. Other than that, this dish was perfect.

I'm not usually a fan of ham, but this dish changed my mind. The ham was tender and flavorful, and it paired perfectly with the Swiss cheese and pasta.
