"Trying to come up with a way to use leftover cooked broccoli, I adapted this recipe from a friend," notes Jennifer Shiew of Jetmore, Kansas. "My husband and brother-in-law thought it was great. The three of us had no trouble cleaning the pan!"

I'm allergic to ham. Do you have any suggestions for a substitute?

I would love to try this recipe, but I don't have a baking dish. Do you think it would work in a skillet?

This recipe has potential, but it needs some tweaking. I would reduce the amount of salt and cook the broccoli for a shorter amount of time.

I thought this recipe was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either.

Not a fan of this recipe. The ham was too salty and the broccoli was overcooked.
