Ham, Cheese and Broccoli Casserole image

An easy to make, delicious casserole. Freezes well.

Number Of Ingredients 10

1/2 lb angel hair pasta, cooked and drained
2 c fully cooked cubed ham
1 can(s) (10 ounces) cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 can(s) (10 ounces) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
2 c frozen thawed broccoli florets, cooked
1/3 c milk
1 can(s) (4 ounces) mushrooms, drained
1-1/2 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/3 c toasted slivered almonds (optional)
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • 1. In a large bowl, combine ham, soups, broccoli, mushrooms, milk. and 3/4 cup of cheese. Toss cooked pasta to coat with the ham mixture.
  • 2. Put mixture into greased 9 X 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Sprinkle with almonds. (optional). Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Overall, this casserole was a solid dish. It was easy to make and tasted good, but it wasn't anything special. I would probably make it again if I was in a pinch, but I wouldn't go out of my way to make it.
