Avoid this recipe at all costs. The ham was dry and tough, the vegetables were overcooked and mushy, and the sauce was bland and tasteless. I would not recommend this recipe to anyone.

This one-pot dish was a hit with my family! The ham, peppers, onions, and potatoes were all perfectly cooked and very flavorful. I especially liked the crispy bits of ham that added a nice texture to the dish.
