My BFF who passed away a few years ago taught me how to make these. She used to bring them to all of our dinner parties and everyone would go nuts over them! I make them now and everyone still does. These are great for holidays and special occasions!

Steps:
- 1. Lay the ham slices on a flat surface and pat dry with a clean towel. spread with cream cheese over ham slices.
- 2. Place one green onion on each ham slice. Roll the ham slices tightly. Cover and chill in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
- 3. Cut into bite sized pieces and serve.
