This recipe is very versatile. You can use different types of fruit in the glaze, such as pears or peaches. You can also add different spices to the glaze, such as cinnamon or nutmeg. I like to experiment with different flavor combinations.

The ham steak was so juicy and tender. It was cooked perfectly and didn't dry out at all. The glaze helped to keep the ham moist and flavorful.

This recipe is very budget-friendly. Ham steak is a relatively inexpensive cut of meat, and the other ingredients are all pantry staples. I was able to make this dish for a fraction of the cost of a restaurant meal.

The ham steak with cider glaze was a well-executed dish. The glaze was glossy and flavorful, and the ham was cooked to perfection. The only downside was that the glaze was a bit too sweet for my taste.
