Hamburger Hot Dish image

This recipe has been a family favorite for as long as I can remember. My grandma came up with it years ago, and we have been eating it ever since. I think that if you warm up the cream of chicken and vegetable soup together before cooking, you will get good results. Hope you enjoy this awesome family tradition.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 lb hamburger
5 medium potatoes
1 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 medium onion
1 (8 ounce) can vegetable soup

Steps:

  • Brown hamburger and onion.
  • Peel and slice potatoes thinly.
  • Add 2/3 cup water to soups and mix together.
  • Combine all ingredients in 9 by 13 inch baking pan.
  • Bake at 350 degreesfor 1 hour.
