24 ounces Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
Seasoned Salt
2 cups Monterrey jack cheese -- Grated
2 cups Cheddar cheese -- Grated
4 slices Bacon -- Cooked and Crumbled
4 Eggs
1 cup Milk
1 can Ortega Chopped Green Chilies

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450*F. Grease 9x13-inch casserole with margarine. Pat hash browns into casserole. Sprinkle lightly with seasoned salt. Bake15-20 minutes. Remove from oven. Reduce oven to 350*F. Sprinkle with grated cheeses, bacon, and chopped chilies. Beat eggs; add milk and seasoned salt. Pour over cheese and bake. Bake at 350*F for 30 minutes or until set (insert knife to test if it is set),
