If you love Reubens, you'll enjoy this twist on the classic sandwich made with frozen hash brown patties. I came up with the recipe because a member of our family has a sensitivity to bread. Now I wouldn't think of making a Reuben any other way!-Alice Stanwix, Honeoye, New York

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my hash brown Reubens turned out really dry. I think I might have overcooked the hash browns.

I found the recipe to be a bit bland. I added some extra seasonings and they were much better.

These were a little too greasy for my taste, but they were still pretty good.

I love that this recipe uses hash browns instead of bread. It's a great way to get your veggies in and it makes the sandwich so much more filling.

These hash brown Reubens are a delicious and easy way to switch up your classic Reuben sandwich. The hash browns add a crispy, golden layer that perfectly complements the corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese.
