This drink comes from "Trader Vic's Book of Food and Drink" published in 1946. It is probably out of print and contains some interesting drinks from La Florida Bar in Havana, many of Trader Vic's original libations and some teriffic Polynesian recipes. If you see it in a used book store grab it!!

I love the combination of flavors in this Havana Martini. The sweetness of the pineapple and orange juices is perfectly balanced by the tartness of the lime juice and the bitterness of the rum.
