- 1. Brown in a large skillet: 1 pound of fresh beef, pork or chicken chunks
- 2. Add: 1 can pineapple chucks with juice 2 Tablespoons soy sauce Simmer for 10 minutes.
- 3. Add: 2 bags of Normandy vegetable mix (Cauliflower, carrots, broccoli, zucchini) or you favorite stir fry vegetable mixture. Put a lid on the pan and turn down to low and steam for 5 minutes.
