1 lb ground chuck
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup catsup
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons mustard
1 tablespoon celery seed
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Brown ground chuck and onion; drain; return to skillet. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 15 minutes. Serve on toasted buns.
