Healthy Harvest Cookies image

I got this recipe from a Betty Crocker Cookies Brownies & Bars booklet. They are very healthy, moist and tasty. They don't spread, so be sure to flatten them before cooking. I altered it a little bit.

I'm not a big fan of raisins, so I omitted them from the recipe. The cookies were still delicious.

The cookies were a bit too dry for my taste, but I think that's because I overbaked them. Next time, I'll bake them for a shorter amount of time.

I love that these cookies are made with whole wheat flour and oats. They're a healthier option than traditional cookies, but they still taste amazing.
