Healthy Smoothie image

this is another healthy smoothie that is good for you and the kids love it too

1/2 c blueberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 c strawberries, fresh or frozen
1 Tbsp honey
1 banana
1/4 c pineapple chunks, fresh chopped
1/3 c udos or flexseed oil
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
1 c almond milk

Steps:

  • 1. Mix together all of the ingredients in a blender and mix until nice and smooth. Can be made without udos or flax seed.
  • 2. Hint chop and freeze banana ahead of time. Store in a sealed container.
