1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup quick oats
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup vegan butter, softened (like Earth Balance)

1/3 cup plain soymilk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup pecans, finely chopped
1 large peach, peeled and diced small
1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and diced small

I love these muffins! They're so moist and fluffy, and the fruit is so fresh and juicy. I've made them several times and they're always a hit.

These muffins were really easy to make and they turned out great! The only thing I would change is to add a little more cinnamon. Otherwise, they were perfect.

These muffins were a bit too sweet for my taste, but they were still good. I think I'll try using less sugar next time.

These muffins were a bit dry, but they still had a good flavor. I think I'll try adding a little more butter or oil next time.
