This is another of my friend Heather's treats. A delicious mango bean salsa. This is so good, light and refreshing. It tastes best when refrigerated for an hour or two but may be eaten after 15 minutes.

I'm not a big fan of black beans, but I really enjoyed this salsa. The sweetness of the pineapple and mango really balances out the beans.

This salsa is a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll try adding some jalapeƱo next time to give it a little kick.
