Steps:
- Step one: Preheat oven to 350 degrees, then boil, peel and quarter sweet potatoes
- Step two: While sweet potatoes are boiling, combine last 4 ingredients (for topping), mixing until there are no more lumps exceeding 1/4 inch and set aside.
- Step Three: When sweet potatoes are ready, combine first 6 ingredients in blender and pour into 9x9 casserole pan.
- Step Four: Sprinkle topping mixture over the top of the sweet potato mixture in casserole dish.
- Step Five: Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
- Step Six: Serve warm and enjoy.
