Steps:
- Combine rolled oats and bread in food processor and process till bread crumbs form, set aside. You can either mix meat with chopped vegetables or cuisinart vegetables and meat to make a smoother meatloaf. Cuisinart method: Combine onion, celery and green pepper in food processor and liquify. Add milk, eggs, tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Pour out 1/2 of sauce and add 1/2 meat and process together and then remove. Pour other 1/2 of liquid together with remaining meat and process also. Combine both meats and stir in oat and bread crumbs. Mix well. Form into 2 loaves and place in 9 X 13 pan. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Cover with glaze 10 min. before removing. Glaze: 1/4 c. catsup and 2 Tbsp corn syrup
