Herb Toasts image

These are a crisp, savory companion to our Spinach Salad with Turkey Bacon and Blue Cheese.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh chives, finely chopped
4 slices seven-grain sandwich bread
Coarse salt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, combine oil and chives. Dividing evenly, brush herb mixture on bread; sprinkle with salt. Bake on top rack of oven 6 to 8 minutes, or until golden.
