Herbed Garlic Pepper Rub image

In 15 minutes, you can mix up this zesty rub, marinate meat and get it on the grill!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
1 teaspoon garlic pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Spread rub evenly on 1 pound boneless meat (pork or beef). Cover and refrigerate 15 minutes. Grill meat as desired.
