Steps:
- 1. Mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese in bowl until well blended.
- 2. Add remaining ingredients, except for the nuts; mix well. Refrigerate several hours.
- 3. Shape into 1 large or 2 small balls and roll in chopped nuts. Serve with crackers.
- 4. Variations-Change the shape and make a cheese log or a snowman or Christmas Tree. You can also make about 20 mini balls for individual servings.
