homemade Citrus Herb Spice image

this is one of my throw together spices as I'm always using grilling chicken n this is so handy - a quick and easy herb seasoning - great for chicken or lamb

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 Tbsp thyme, dried
1 Tbsp oregano, dried
2 tsp basil, dried
1 tsp rosemary, dried
1 tsp sage, dried
1 1/2 tsp orange zest, dried, coarse ground
1 1/2 tsp lemon zest dried, coarse ground
1 tsp fennel seeds, coarse ground

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all ingredients and seal in ziploc bag or spice jar. use within 2 months.
