Homemade Crispy Coating Mix image

A crunchy, flavorful, wholesome coating you'll find very useful for chicken, fish, pork chops, or whatever you choose. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 2 months.

3 cups cornflake crumbs
1 cup wheat germ
½ cup sesame seeds
4 tablespoons dried parsley
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon onion salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Combine cornflake crumbs, wheat germ, sesame seeds, parsley, paprika, salt, dry mustard, celery salt, onion salt, and pepper using a whisk in a bowl until well blended. Store in a 5-cup container with a well-fitting lid.
