My kids love these quick, healthy, easy to make popsicles. Experiment with different types of fruit, our favorites are blueberry banana and strawberry banana. The basic recipe came from the back of the carnation dry milk box. Ha Ha, I just noticed I forgot the "H" in smoothie in the recipe title. :)

- Place all ingredients in blender, cover and blend until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and insert sticks. Freeze until solid.
