Here's what you need: flat rice noodle, green onions, tofu, bean sprout, fresh cilantro, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, tamarind paste, sriracha, organic peanut butter

flat rice noodle
5 green onions
1 block tofu, sliced
bean sprout
fresh cilantro
2 cloves garlic
ΒΌ cup fish sauce
β…“ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
β…“ cup tamarind paste
1 tablespoon sriracha
β…“ cup organic peanut butter

Steps:

  • Sear tofu in a pan. Once seared on both sides, add remaining ingredients and let simmer until sauce thickens
  • Serve warm.
