- 1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
- 2. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with no-stick cooking spray and place chopped potatoes inside.
- 3. Add remaining ingredients to a small bowl and stir well until combined. Pour the sauce over the potatoes, and toss to evenly coat the potatoes.
- 4. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, or until they are tender.
