Chicken breast
Eggs
Flour
3/4 cup honey nut peanuts
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp grill seasoning

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat large skillet over medium heat with EVOO and oven to 350 degrees. 2. Put peanuts, bread crumbs and grill seasoning in food processor and pulse grind. 3. Beat eggs in bowl with splash of milk. 4. Dip chicken in flour, then egg, then peanut bread crumbs. 5. Brown on both sides then transfer to oven and bake for 8 minutes.
