Honeydew and Pineapple Pops image

The pineapple and honeydew pair perfectly! The zing of the pineapple plus the kick from the lemon and salt take these melon pops to a whole new level. There were a big hit at my girls night, and my toddler can't get enough either!

2 cups diced pineapple
2 cups diced honeydew
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 pinch salt

Steps:

  • Blend pineapple and honeydew in a blender or food processor until smooth; add lemon juice, honey and salt and pulse to combine.
  • Pour mixture into ice cube trays or ice pop molds and freeze until frozen through, 4 to 5 hours.
