This salsa verde is so versatile. I've used it on tacos, burritos, and even as a dip for chips. It's always a hit.

I love the fact that this salsa verde is made with Greek yogurt. It makes it a healthier option than traditional salsa verde.

This salsa verde is a great way to use up leftover herbs. I always have a bunch of cilantro and parsley in my fridge, so this is a great way to use them up.

I was a bit hesitant to try this salsa verde because I'm not a big fan of horseradish. But I'm so glad I did! The horseradish flavor is subtle and it really adds a nice depth of flavor.
