I used a habanero jelly for my chips and they were incredibly spicy. Next time I will use a milder jelly, but they were still delicious.

I was hesitant to try this recipe because I'm not a big fan of spicy food, but I was pleasantly surprised. The jelly chips were just the right amount of heat and the sweetness of the jelly balanced it out perfectly.
