Hoisin Roasted Green Beans image

NEW WAY TO FIX GREEN BEANS, ALOT OF MEN DON'T LIKE THEM, SO TRY IT GUYS, WHAT HAVE U GOT TO LOSE.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1/3 c hoisin sauce
1 orange, juiced
2 Tbsp soy sauce, light
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 lb green beans, fresh
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp chives, fresh/chopped
1 Tbsp sesame seeds

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400.
  • 2. Stir the hoisin sauce, orange juice, soy sauce and olive oil together in a large bowl.
  • 3. Add the green beans, toss to coat and season with salt and pepper.
  • 4. Hoisin sauce is very salty, be careful not to over salt the green beans.
  • 5. Spread the beans in a even layer on a baking sheet with side and roast for 15-20 minutes, until they are soft and slightly shriveled.
  • 6. Sprinkle the beans with the chives and toss gently.
  • 7. Transfer to a serving dish, drizzle with the pan juices and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
