2/3 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon crushed garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 cup buttermilk

Steps:

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • Flavour improves when it sets in the fridge for a couple of hours.
