Steps:
- Put pork liver kidney and onion into a pan with seasoning and water to half cover. Simmer gently for 40 mins then strain. Keep the liquor. Mince the meats or chop finely and blend with other ingredients. Add some of the liquor. Pile onto a greased tray and spread out to about an inch and a half thick. Score the top with a knife to make individual squares. Cover with greased foil and bake at gas 6 or 200C for an hour. Take the foil off for the last fifteen minutes to crisp the top. Serve with garden peas.
