Steps:
- Melt 4 T. butter in skillet. Saute onion and green pepper for 5 min. Add beef, salt, and pepper, cook for 5 min stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and let stand for 5 min. Add eggs. In a 1.5 qt. casserole, spread half the corn, half the meat, then half the tomatoes. Repeat. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, and dot with remaining butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
