Time 35m

Number Of Ingredients 11

2 c cut up cooked turkey
1 c chopped celery
1/2 c finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp dried sage leaves or 3/4 teas. ground sage
3/4 tsp dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp pepper
1 1/4 c milk
3 large eggs
1 c bisquick baking mix

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 400^. Grease 10-inch pie plate. Mix turkey, celery, onion and seasonings in the pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in blender on high for 1 minute or 1 minute with a hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. --- Note: If I have any dressing left on Thanksgiving I will mix 1 1/2 cup of it with the turkey and omit the above celery and onion and seasonings. This is usually better prepared this way.

This recipe was a bit too salty for my taste. I would recommend using less salt in the stuffing.

I thought the stuffing was a little dry. I would recommend adding more broth or milk to it.
