This is another of those Bisquick recipes that I love. I make this for our church's senior lunch and always get requests for the recipe. Thank you Buisquick!

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 inch pie plate or 8 inch square baking dish. Cook and stir ground beef and onion in 10 inch skillet over medium heat until beef is brown. Drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread in pie plate.
- 2. Beat milk, eggs and baking mix 15 seconds in blender on high speed for about 1 minute or with wire whisk or hand beater or until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Top with chopped tomato, if using. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 to 8 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes before cutting.
- 3. VARIATION: IMPOSSIBLE BACON CHEESEBURGER PIE Cook 4 slices bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble bacon. Add when pie is removed from oven the first time. Sprinkle on pir before adding cheese.
