Steps:
- Heat oven to 400. Spray 9" glass pie plate w/ cooking spray. Cook beef in skillet over med. heat 8-10 mins., stirring occasionally, till brown; drain. Stir in tomatoes, onion, chili seasoning mix. Spread in pie plate. Sprinkle w/ olives & 1/2 c. of the cheese Stir Bisquick, milk, and eggs in med. bowl w/ wire whisk or fork till blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake 30 mins. Top w/ remaining cheese. Bake 2-3 min. longer to melt cheese. Let stand 5 mins. before serving. Serve w/ sour cream & salsa, if desired.
