Impossibly Easy Pizza Pie image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Original Bisquick®
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 (8-ounce) can pizza sauce
1/2 (3-ounce) package sliced pepperoni
1/4 cup chopped green bell peppers
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (3 ounces)

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 400°. Grease pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 inches. Sprinkle onion and Parmesan cheese in pie plate.2. Stir Bisquick, milk and eggs until blended. Pour into pie plate.3. Bake 20 minutes. Spread with pizza sauce top with remaining ingredients. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is light brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
